RUBBER

We process most common materials. The chart above offers a review of possible applications.

Many of our materials respond to FDA, KTW or USP requirements class VI. Of course we are also in a position to process other than the above-mentioned materials.

 
PTFE

To guarantee comprehensive chemical resistance and easy purification we produce some parts with PTFE-coating. We use therefor PTFE or TFM, a modified PTFE that reaches higher reverse bending cycles.

 

FABRIC

In order to increase consistency we use a fabric-reinforcement of polyester, polyamid or nomex.

 

METAL/PLASTIC

We produce compounds of rubber with high-grade steal, brass, aluminum and heat-resistant plastic.
